Blender FYI: You can select the skin type by selecting the armature in object mode and going to the side bar under item -> custom properties, and selecting one of the boxes.

Substance Painter editing FYI:
This asset uses UDIM tiles - The VR Chat setup separates the tiles into separate materials, while the Blender file utilizes the UDIM tile system.
You will need to set images added into blender as UDIM textures
For VR Chat, you will need to assign the textures to the split 001 and 002 materials.

Do you have a Demo Video or any kind of sample of this model? So I can look on the functions of this model in the VRC
I had a demo video a while back, but from the transition over from GR i had to remove that video from my socials since it still contained the old link. I'll update my socials shortly with the release video and an updated link in the post.
Edit: It's up now, I had to use some inspect element shenanigans to retrieve the old video file.
