I can't build & test it, is the sdk the problem I check the console and it seems to be it
Make sure youre using the latest sdk by updating VRC Creator Companion.
If i were it wants me to upgrade to the latest version which the text file tells me to use 2019 version
You need to use the 2019 SDK. It's one of 4 options when creating a new VRC CC project. Something to note though, AFTER importing the contents into the assets folder, you'll need to SAVE, close out of the Unity editor, go back into the vrcc project page you just created, click "upgrade to 2022", and then proceed with the login and upload process. Support for the 2019 SDK has been closed but you can upgrade 2019 projects to 2022 projects. I will have an update available shortly that will streamline the upload process, but in the meantime hopefully this helps.
The tail doesn't seem to be animating, it just sticks straight out.
Your SDK version might be out of date. This can cause earlier versions of physbones scripts to break if you don't update. You can also reassign it by copying the values, removing the script on the base of the tail, adding the physbone script back, and pasting the same values.
If your system settings are low, or are using this release on a non-PC platform, that can lead to additional issues.
RIP SFM version.
