Hello! For some reason, I can't seem to attach the Armature that this character came with to him; it just mangles his body. When using Auto Rig Pro, it doesn't seem to make the same Rig as the one you show. I have the latest Auto Rig Pro files and Substance Painter. Please help if you can!
Are you trying to move the armature in blender in object mode? You should transform his location in pose mode with the root bone instead. The rig is pre-configured so you shouldn't need to rebuild it. Also, if you have the full autorig pro addon, having rig tools installed on top of it may break things. If you're talking about porting it into a different software, I'll need a little more detail regarding the issue you're experiencing. This is the first time I've heard of a problem like this with this release.
